Goodman Operations and Information Systems Management MSc alumnae headed to McMaster University for Ph.D.

Nicole O’Brien, a graduate of Goodman’s MSc in Management program has been accepted to the Ph.D. program at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
During her time at Goodman, O’Brien specialized in Operations and Information Systems Management (Formerly Management Science) and successfully defended her thesis on April 11, 2013. Her MSc supervisor was Dr. Ayanso.
O’Brien’s thesis was called Understanding Continuance Intentions of Physicians with Electronic Medical Records (EMR): An Expectancy-Confirmation Perspective. This thesis examines physicians’ satisfaction with electronic medical records (EMRs) in the post-adoption phase.
