Danielle Pyette, MA History, completed two co-op work terms as an Assistant Heritage Planner, Town of Grimsby. Below, Danielle shares advice for junior co-op students:

 “One major piece of advice would be to continue to pursue co-op placements or internships throughout undergraduate and graduate studies as having real life and varied job experience will 100% set you apart from competing prospective employees.  With the ability to put your ‘hands on’ experience in front of an employer, you are proving yourself to be a worthy investment for a company or organization.”
