Nora Young, Keynote Speaker, Trans/media/formations Series

 On Thursday, March 21, 4-5 pm, Nora Young will present the Keynote Address in the Trans/media/formations Speakers Series, titled ‘Virtual Selves and Digital Identities in the Age of the Data Map.’  The event is located in the Sankey Chamber, everyone is welcome. Nora Young is the host and the creator of Spark, CBC Radio's national radio show and podcast about technology and culture. Nora is your guide to the latest in technology, trends, and fresh thinking, explaining cutting-edge trends with humour and clarity. She was the founding host of Definitely not the Opera, where she often discussed topics related to new media and technology. Her work has also appeared online, on television, and in print.
