Siegel awarded for article about municipal CAOs

David Siegel has won an award for his article about the leadership role of municipal chief administrative officers.

The professor of Political Science has received the J. E. Hodgetts Award from the Institute of Public Administration of Canada. The article goes to the author of the finest article appearing in the journal Canadian Public Administration.
