Brock University professor to study climate change in China

A Brock professor of Biological Sciences will soon be off to China to study climate change and its threat to tea plantations.
Liette Vasseur has been named a Minjiang Scholar at the Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University in the province of Fujian, China. For the next three years, she will spend time in Fujian studying ecological issues related to climate change, including its impact on the region’s tea plantations and the invasion of exotic species.
