Faculty of Business congratulates researchers on their Best Paper Awards.

The Faculty of Business is pleased to announce the following Best paper awards:
Professor Ernest Biktimirov of the Department of Finance, Operations and Information Systems had his single-authored paper "Internationally Recognized Professional Designations in Finance" awarded the Best Paper in the Eduction in Finance Track at the Academy of Finance conference in Chicago.
Professor Dave Bouckenooghe of the Department of Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship and Ethics and Professor Bulent Menguc of the Department of Marketing, International Business, and Strategy received the Best Paper Award for the Organizational Behaviour Division of the 2010 ASAC Conference for their paper "Organizational politics and the moderating role of organizational climate on change recipients' readiness for change".
MSc student (accounting) Matt Wegener's paper entitled, "Voluntary Disclosurers through the Carbon Disclosure Project: Factors Influencing a Firm's Decision" received the Best Paper Award for the Accounting Division of the 2010 ASAC Conference. Professor Fayez Elayan was Mr. Wegner's supervisor.
