We don't charge for most of our services unless an outside resource is involved (e.g. freelance designer, writer, photographer, videographer). We may also, in some cases, co-ordinate the production of a project for you such as banners and displays. On a monthly basis, we bill clients for these types of projects (external resources and production). In order to provide a system of fairness to other project partners, we also charge $60/hour for the third proof and beyond; this is to encourage more upfront project planning to create efficiency so that we're better able to handle the volume of requests.
