Digital elevation models (DEMs) that define the top 5 major stratigraphic units plus bedrock for the Oak Ridges Moraine area. Ffrom oldest to youngest, the units include: 1) Paleozoic bedrock, 2) Lower sediment, 3) Newmarket Till, 4) ORM sediment, 5) Halton Till and 6) Glaciolacustrine / Recent sediment surface. The series includes information of composition, extent, topographic thickness and depth to individual geological strata that is important to regional water resource assessment and management.
