Historical Air Photos of Niagara

This collection of digitized air photos has been reproduced from the Brock University Map Library Air Photo Collection.The images have been scanned at a resolution of 600 ppi at 100%, saved as TIFF images, then converted to JPEGs for use with Zoomify software. The Zoomify viewer allows the user to pan and zoom each image for a better viewing experience. Coverage of the region varies from year to year.

To view the images:

Step 1: check the box from the layers to the right for the year of interest.

Step 2: zoom to the area of interest using the navigation tools at the top left of the viewer.

Step 3: click on a placemarker to see preview, download or link to a Zoomable image.

 

To view your KML file in this Google Map window, enter the full URL and click "Add". The result is a temporary layer.
