Honour With Books

Books play an important role in our lives. A favourite children's story, one of the classics, or an inspirational book of poetry, can create an indelible impression and have a profound effect.

What better way to acknowledge a significant moment in the lives of our friends, colleagues and family than with a commemoration inside a book? The Honour with Books Program is designed to allow you to pay a lasting tribute to a special person by placing a bookplate in his or her honour in a book in the collection of the James A. Gibson Library. Your $50 tax deductible gift directed to Honour with Books will help address the critical need for more resources, and at the same time pay tribute to an important person in your life. If you like, you may even request that a book be purchased in a particular subject area.

Remember Honour with Books for:

  • Graduations
  • Memorial Tributes
  • Professional Honours
  • Personal Achievements
  • Retirements
  • Weddings
  • Birthdays
