James A. Gibson Library
A wealth of resources and services to meet your needs
James A. Gibson Library
The Library is dedicated to supporting teaching, research, and learning at Brock University through its collections and wide range of services. The Library's extensive collection of digital resources complements our more traditional print resources. From online access to the first books published in English through the Early English Books Online database to the latest issue of Nature, we provide access to a rich array of print and digital materials, including e-journals, e-books and data as well as streaming audio and video resources.
In additional to information resources, the Library supports students, faculty, and others by offering expert instruction and research assistance. Library research workshops are held each semester and one-on-one assistance is available at the Learning Commons Help Desk. Liaison librarians may be contacted for in-depth research consultations and for in-class instruction.
