Do you know what it means to have mental wellness?
Have you wondered why mental illness is seen differently than physical illness?
Are you comfortable talking about mental health with friends and family?
Join the conversation! Come out to participate in an interactive discussion about mental health. Learn the basics, listen to engaging guest speakers talk about their experience of mental illness, and ask the questions you’ve always wondered about.

Canada 101 & Business Etiquette
Discussion Topics: Primary Canadian values, Secondary Canadian values, Communication styles and culture, Friendships and culture, Non-Verbal communication and culture, Way of reasoning and culture, Education and culture, Social relationships and culture.
Each culture has its own rules of proper behaviour, so in this workshop you will discover how similar and different Canadian business etiquette is from your culture's etiquette.

Opportunities Ontario (provincial nominee program for immigration) workshop presented by Opportunities Ontario,  Toronto office.
Niagara College students can participate in this workshop as well; please use your NC student ID # and email to register.
