Global Transitions

Volunteer Abroad while Earning Brock Credit through the Global Transitions Program!

The Global Transitions program offers students an opportunity to enhance their university experience - by volunteering in Ghana. Interested in seeing the world and becoming a true global citizen? This could be the program for you! Participants of the GT Program will have the opportunity to spend 3 months in Ghana (located in West Africa), learning through volunteering, and receiving University credit.

The GT Program is the only one of its kind in North America. How you ask? In addition to providing current Brock students the chance to volunteer overseas, it also provides the same learning experience to incoming high school students. Just another reason to make Brock University your choice for higher education!

"The GT Program impacted my worldview and has allowed me to grow into an adaptive and independent person. I was able to meet many amazing people and travel to incredible places in Ghana, which has given me memories that will last a lifetime. I wish to continue traveling and volunteering because of the confidence and experience the GT program provided me with!"
