I want to apply to Brock! How do I do it?

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT APPLYING TO ONLY BROCK UNIVERSITY

WHERE DO I APPLY?

You will apply through the Brock University Admissions website.

WHAT APPLICATION FORM DO I USE?

You will be using the Full-time International Application.

You will be using this application if:

  • You are an international student who will be studying in Canada on a Study Permit
  • You are NOT applying to any other Ontario universities via the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC)
  • You are NOT currently attending an Ontario secondary school grade 12 full-time program
  • You meet the minimum English proficiency requirements

WHEN IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?

The deadline for the online international application form is April 1, 2015 for most programs. Please refer to the application for other important deadline dates.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT APPLYING TO MORE THAN ONE ONTARIO UNIVERSITY

WHERE DO I APPLY?

You will apply through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC).

WHAT APPLICATION FORM DO I USE?

You will be using the 105F application form.

WHEN IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?

The deadline for the 105F application form is April 1, 2015 for most programs. Please refer to the application for other important deadline dates.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT WHO DOES NOT MEET ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

OPTION 1: Intensive English Language Program (IELP)/Conditional Admission

A conditional offer of admission is available to students that meet the academic requirements of their program, but do not yet possess the English proficiency level required for academic study at Brock University.

WHAT APPLICATION FORM DO I USE?

You will fill out the IELP/Conditional Application.

HOW DO I SUBMIT THE APPLICATION?

You will need to submit official documents to Brock University. This includes official transcripts showing all academic results (secondary and post-secondary – if applicable).

All official documents and proof of English proficiency need to be mailed to:

Once you apply, your application will be acknowledged by the Office of Admissions and they will communicate the next steps.

WHEN IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?

There is no deadline for the IELP/Conditional application.

OPTION 2: Brock University International Foundation Program (BUIFP)

The BUIFP allows students to begin their academic studies while increasing language and subject knowledge in key academic areas. Students are required to meet minimum English language proficiency requirements, which can be found here: brocku.ca/international-foundation-program/admissions

WHAT APPLICATION FORM DO I USE?

You will fill out the BUIFP application.

HOW DO I SUBMIT THE APPLICATION?

You will need to submit official documents to Brock University. This includes official transcripts showing all academic results (secondary and post-secondary – if applicable).

All official documents and proof of English proficiency need to be mailed to:

You will apply through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC).

WHAT APPLICATION FORM DO I USE?

You will be using the 101 application form.

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?

The deadline for the 101 application form is January 15, 2015.
