ITS Student Support Desk
The ITS Student Support Desk is located in the Computer Commons in Scotiabank Hall. Phone and walk-in support is available during regular hours of the Computer Commons.
Please note that the student advisors are not responsible for assisting with class work and assignments. Instructors and/or teaching assistants should be contacted with regards to this.
We can assist with:
| General Computer Lab Support | Assist with lab computers, basic software support, and printing issues |
| Residence Cable TV | Reporting of issues |
| Residence Network | Assist with connection and troubleshooting |
| Residence Telephone | General voicemail support and reporting of issues |
| Sakai Support | General user support |
| Student Password Assistance | Reset and activation |
| Wireless Support | Assist with connecting to Brock's wireless network |
Any issues that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the ITS Request system and promoted to a higher support level.
