Where Can I Print?

All of the IT computer labs have laser printers.  All labs have black & white printers and some labs have additional colour printers.

Print Accounts
Printing from the labs is paid for in advance and applied to your Print Account. You can deposit funds to your print account at the two deposit stations in the Computer Commons. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account, your print job will not be sent to the printers.
Double-click Check Your Print Balance on the desktop to see your account balance.

Printing Tips
Before you print, check your document using the print preview feature. Look for any mistakes as well as any extra blank pages at the end of your document.  If in doubt, try printing only one page to begin with.
If you are printing a PDF file and it does not print it may be due to an issue with the method the system uses to determine the number of pages.  If this occurs, click the Advanced button at the bottom of the print window and then ensure that the option "Print as Image" is checked.  Click OK to close the Advanced Print Setup window and then OK to print.
 
 
Printing Problems
If there is a problem with your document due to a printer malfunction, your account will be credited. The unacceptable output must be submitted to the Lab Advisor or Help Desk with your request for credit.
