Which type of e-mail account do I have?

Brock University currently has three active e-mail servers.

Student (Badger)

If you are a student, you have a campus ID e-mail account.  Click here for student e-mail support.

Staff (Exchange)

If you are staff, then you have a Microsoft Exchange account. Click here for Microsoft Exchange support.

Faculty (Exchange or Spartan)

If you are faculty, then you will either have a Microsoft Exchange account or a Spartan e-mail account. The simplest method for determining which type of e-mail account you have is to determine which webmail system you use to access your e-mail.
 
If you are able to login to https://webmail.brocku.ca/ to access your e-mail, you have a Spartan e-mail account.
 
If you are able to login to https://mailbox.brocku.ca/ to access your e-mail, you have an Exchange account.
