Students applying from outside Canada must apply for a Canadian student visa before reaching Canada. After receiving the application form and registration fee, the department sends to each eligible student an official acceptance letter, which should be used as part of the visa application procedure of the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate. Applicants should seek accurate information about the methods and time required to complete their visa formalities.

Please send your application form to us and as soon as possible, send a cheque or bank transfer for the correct deposit amount. Use the bank information (please email Finance Office to request bank information.) to send a bank transfer. Please fax us (905) 688-1912 a copy of the bank transfer receipt.

Students who are hoping to visit the USA while here should apply for a US visa before they leave their own country.
