Humanities Research Institute profile
Co-founder and three times president of the Association for the Study of Canadian Radio and Television/AERTC and a founding member of ACTH/R. She has written articles on Canadian plays which were performed in the 70s and 80s, chapters in several books and some of the foundation texts in the study of English Canadian television drama. After five years of 'retirement' (which she is thoroughly enjoying after 38 years of teaching and research, 36 at Brock) she has finished her book Outside Looking In: viewing First Nations Peoples in Canadian Dramatic Television Series, McGill Queens University Press, 2008.
