Reporting to the Manager, Financial Aid, the Coordinator will evaluate initial inquiries by phone, email and in person, and help students find appropriate programs to access financial aid. The coordinator will also build and maintain websites, step-by-step guides, and presentations to help educate the student population on changing funding programming, and on financial life skills. A highly visible position, the majority of every day will be spent dealing directly with student inquiries and providing direction and information to assist students in financial need.
