Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager of BioLinc and Director of Innovation and Incubation, the BioLinc Co-ordinator has a critical role on the BioLinc team, functioning as an independent, critical planner who will act as the primary driver of scheduling, facility coordination, communications and promotional initiatives. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of processes and the impact it has on employees and contractors, the position will co-ordinate and oversee all required tasks for client, project and facility management to ensure the timely delivery of projects; maintain and supervise facility scheduling and tenant requests; oversee tenant billings and vendor invoices; manage a client database as well as client relationship software; and analyse data, goals, trends and generate reports. In addition, the Co-ordinator will conduct training of new employees on BioLinc standards and operating procedures; manage project costs and improve cost-effectiveness; and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the physical location.


The successful candidate will possess a degree in business or communications or Applied Health and Biosciences combined with project or office management experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. A self-motivated, results-oriented professional, your success includes a proven track record of managing multiple project timelines, as well as building and managing successful workflow processes and tools (e.g. Gantt charts, databases and spreadsheets). In addition to your knowledge of workflow processes and systems, you are well versed in software such as Microsoft Office, databases and client relationship software to ensure smooth, continual project workflow. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with superb customer service and relationship building skills; exceptional project management and problem-solving skills and proven capabilities to work collaboratively with multiple contributors on a variety of projects.
