Graduate - Applicant Information

Applications for admission to the M.A. program, on either a full-time or a part-time basis, will be accepted from students holding an honours bachelors degree or equivalent in History from a recognized university, with an overall average of not less than B+.  Applicants must supply a statement of purpose and interest, a representative piece of writing (such as an undergraduate essay), and arrange for three letters of recommendation from professors familiar with their work in History.  Students with a co-major in History and a related discipline will be considered, although such students may be required to take additional qualifying undergraduate courses.
