Can I use community college courses to satisfy the P/J subject area requirements for the Pre-Service Teacher Education program?
If you attended a community college, courses from that transcript can be considered toward the P/J subject area requirements. You must arrange for an official transcript to be submitted directly from the community college to Brock. In the case of the Canadian history or the Canadian geography, you may need to provide course information if the Canadian content is not obvious. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure this requirement is met, and that the appropriate course descriptions accompany the Experience Profile. Course descriptions submitted after the December 1, 2005 application deadline will not be considered.
