How do I receive the money?

Awards are applied to your student fees account. If your account is paid in full, a cheque may be requested and held for you in the Student Awards and Financial Aid Office (4th Floor, Schmon Tower). You must present a valid Brock Student ID card to pick up your cheque.

Please note: If you are the recipient of a Donor-based award, your award funds will not be released until you have submitted a copy of your donor thank you letter to the Student Awards and Financial Aid Office.
