Will there be places in residence for returning students?
Yes, we sincerely hope to be able to offer beds to lots of returning students although we cannot guarantee a bed to every returning student who applies. We encourage returning students to apply for residence for next year—the application is open and the deadline for receipt of your application and $500 deposit is Monday, May 28, 2007. It takes approximately ten days to complete residence assigning, so you will know the outcome of your application by the middle of June. Over the last few years, we have been able to offer beds to almost all students who applied for residence. We hope you will consider making residence your home again next academic year. All those offered a place as returning residence students are guaranteed assignment to single rooms in their first choice of residence building if the May 28, 2007 deadline is met. Our residence community is enriched when students return to live in residence for another year!
