How do I pay the $500 deposit?
You can expect to receive an e-mail in mid-March which will explain how to pay the $500 deposit. Please do not attempt to pay the deposit before you receive this e-mail. The various payment options will be listed in the attachment (click here to view a copy of that attachment) but we ask that you do NOT mail a cheque to Brock. If for any reason you have not received that payment request by e-mail and the deadline for payment is approaching, please contact us without delay. If Brock does not receive the $500 deposit by May 28, 2007 we will not process your application and you will not be offered a bed. There is no reminder given. We strongly recommend that you keep a copy of confirmation of your payment, (e.g. print a copy of the confirmation screen) if you are paying by on-line banking or the deposit slip if you pay at your bank.
