How can I contact the Department of Residences?
The best way is to e-mail res@brocku.ca or call (905) 688-5550 ext.3370. At peak times there may be a delay of up to 48 hours before we are able to get back to you so we thank you in advance for your patience. It would help us considerably if you would put your first and last names together with your Brock ID number as the subject line of your e-mail. Please use the main body of the e-mail to tell us why you are writing.
