Does DCB carryover to next year or do I get a refund?
At the end of the academic year, please let us know if you want to carryover your DCB or have it refunded. You will need to complete a refund/carryover request form. These forms will be available at all the registers and in our office. Please note that a $25 administrative fee applies to all refunds. Bonus dollars are not refunded and do not get carried over to the following year. No carryovers or refunds will be made unless we are notified. As of June 1st of the current year, all funds will be cleared out. There is no charge to carry forward your balance to the following year; you simply need to let us know.
