Can I sign up in advance for any equipment?
Yes, when you enter the Zone, there are white sign up sheets on the bulletin board which are for 3 day advance sign ups for cardio machines.
The yellow sheets are for walk-in sign-ups for same day use of cardio machines.
Each machine is numbered, so check the machine to ensure you are on the correct one.
