What is the policy for no shows for Student Health Services?
Student Health Services has a "NO SHOW" policy for missed appointments. An appointment is considered a "NO SHOW" if you do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not cancel by 5 p.m. the previous business day.
The following charges will apply to "NO SHOW" appointments:
$25.00 for "no show" ten minute appointment
$50.00 for "no show" twenty minute appointment (i.e. physicals, pap)
$100.00 for "no show" appointment with specialist working for Student Health Services
$15 for "no show" one half hour massage appointment
$25 for "no show" one hour massage appointment
*Please note: There is a $35 charge for all NSF cheques.
