What if I already paid full price for my prescription because I didn’t have my pay-direct prescription drug card?
Bring the original copy of the “Official Prescription Receipt” to the Student Health Plan Office for a manual reimbursement. Manual reimbursements are also completed for all other eligible benefits in addition to prescription drugs. All claims are submitted to the insurance company on a weekly basis. Insured students can pick-up their reimbursement cheques at the Health Plan Office within 10-14 business days.
