Registering for IELP

Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau Student Gate: This website will provide you with the information required to obtain your Financial Guarantee letter which is required to register in IELP classes.

Homestay Applications: Applications and payment are due at least 4 weeks prior to the start of term.

Health Insurance - Dependents

StudentGuard Health Insurance - Dependent Coverage: Students who have a dependent(s) with them, must use this link to register and pay for their dependent(s) coverage.
- Important information when completing the form:
  - Personal Information: This is where you will enter the dependent's information.
  - Main Applicant Information: This is where you will enter the your information. Please enter "Brock University ESL" as the school name.
  - Enter all information as required.
  - The policy cannot exceed the main applicants end date.
StudentGuard Policy: This website will have information on the StudentGuard Insurance Policy. The policy is also available in many languages on the website. Make sure that you are reading the University/College Policy.
