Sylvester Chen

As manager of the Office of International Initiatives (OII), Sylvester Chen is responsible for the administration of the Master of Education International Student Program (MEd ISP) and the Professional Master's Preparation Certificate Program (PMPC), as well as the development and implementation of other international initiatives in the Faculty of Education.

Sylvester is a graduate of Jilin Normal University (English) and Brock University (Master of Education).  He is experienced in the fields of international education in general, with specific knowledge in the areas of language education, international relocation, student recruitment, and international and community development.
