Herman Yu is the Systems Administrator and Senior Developer at the Faculty of Education. Part of his duties is to provide user support for faculty, staff and students. This includes support for user accounts, computer labs, printing, and email, as well as faculty and staff equipment set up and software installations. He also provides consultation advice for purchasing computing equipment. He is presently pursing his graduate degree in education, focusing in the area of administration and leadership.

Interest areas: technology and education; unix/windows systems administration; web applications development; database administration; user supports and customer service relationships; security issues on WWW; smart house technology; computer ethics.
