Instructions
All students must register through their portal first AND then through this website using the student registration form.

Students must register (as above) by APRIL 30, 2014. This is the registration deadline for Dual Diagnosis, this is an external event from CADS and as such late/improper registratration will not be processed and NO exceptions will be made.

Register in the appropriate ADST course/section, as advised, when Brock web registration opens.

After the web registration is submitted, complete the Dual Diagnosis Student Registration form on the left (DD student registration will be available after Brock web registration opens).

Students will receive confirmation and all other relevant course information via email to their BrockU account.

If you have not received confirmation, you have not been registered and you should contact Brandy Sokoloski before May 15, 2014.

 

 

Important Notes
Registration fees are included in tuition.

Students who are unable to attend must notify the Alison Rothwell & Brandy Sokoloski as soon as possible to avoid any penalties (40% of community registration fee).

Course runs from 8:30am - 4:30pm each day.

Students must attend each and every day.

Every effort is made to end early on Friday but is NOT guaranteed.

Students will have additional readings and course assignments to fulfill the graduate requirements. Students should also note the course work will run well beyond the week of attendance in class.

CADS students are not permitted to audit courses as per CADS policy.

Accommodations are not the responsibility of the programme.

Courses are of limited enrolment. We reserve the right to cancel any course for which there is insufficient enrolment.

Registration confirmation will be provided after May 1st, 2014.
