Student Housing Rates 2012

No deposit it required on booking.  Rates are per person per bed and accommodation over 30 days is NOT subject to taxes.  All accommodation is a minimum of 30 days or more.  Each guest is guaranteed their own private bedroom. 

60 Plus days - $19.17/day rate - Payment must be made in full on arrival by cash, debit, cheque(with student number) or credit card.  If payment is not made in full then the 30-59 day rates apply.  Taxes are not applicable.  No payment are to be made by student account.

30-59 days - $22.50 /day rate- The renewal date for Month-to-Month options is the 15th of the month following your reservation.  The initial payment for this option must be greater than 30 days and start from your arrival date to the 15th of the next month.  Payments must be for 30 day durations with the exception of your last payment.   The penalty for late payment after the 15th is $25 per late payment.
