Room Booking Guidelines

 

GENERAL BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
  • All bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.
  • Request for setups must be made at least 1 week in advance.
  • If you require any AV needs please contact audiovisual@brocku.ca or x3588

 

INTERNAL BOOKINGS (Faculty or Staff)

This applies to reservations for university purposes where at least 75% of the attendees are university faculty, staff, students or a combination thereof AND there must be no admission charged to attend the event.

BUSU

BUSU ratified clubs are required to contact the BUSU Clubs Manager and they will request the space on your behalf, and will let you know the response to your request.  Do not contact us directly.  Student events require risk management approval.

OTHER STUDENT CLUBS

Other student clubs are required to have the faculty or staff from the department associated with that club to request the space on their behalf.  Student events require risk management approval.

EXTERNAL ORGANIZATIONS

All events that do not fall into the any of the above categories are considered external bookings.  External organization can contact Nancy Sutton at 905 688 5550 x4491 or email nsutton@brocku.ca

FOOD SERVICES

Brock Dining Services has exclusivity to catering on Brock's campus.  No outside food can be brought in.  Please order food 10 business days in advance for hot orders and 3 business days for cold orders.  catering@brocku.ca or x 4516

ROOMS NOT BOOKED BY CONFERENCE SERVICES
