The Venues

With such a large selection of venues our knowledgeable staff can assist you and recommend the best venue for your group. Taking into account your budget, group size and meeting needs.
 
Theatre Auditorium
There are two Performing  Arts theatres available on campus. The Sean O’Sullivan Theatre has 533 fixed seats and the David S. Howes Theatre has 500.  Both venues are accessible.
 
Lecture Seating Classrooms
Brock has approximately 75 lecture seating classrooms that seat between 20 and 385 people. These rooms are equipped with multi-media capability.
 
Flat Floored Classrooms
There are over 50 classrooms that have non-fixed seating that can be used for a wide range of meetings and functions. These rooms vary in seating capacities and can accommodate between   20-80 persons.
 
Residence Lounges
Each residence has lounges or common areas that can be used by the guests staying in residence.
 
Dining Halls
There are two dining halls on campus that can accommodate up to 500 for meals and 800 for a reception. You can have your meal catered to any of the classrooms and venues on campus.
 
Athletic Space     
The University has three gymnasiums with a total of 45,000 square feet of gym space that can be used for trade shows, meals, assemblies or recreational space.
 
Alumni Student Centre
A large Dining Hall/Pub that holds 350 in theatre style seating or 200 for meals that is run by the Brock Student Union.
 
Pond Inlet
The Pond Inlet is a scenic multi-purpose space that over looks a pond and waterfalls. The room can accommodate 180 for a sit down meal and 240 for stand up receptions. There is also a mezzanine that over looks the room below which is an ideal location for receptions.
 
Sankey Chamber
A formal boardroom setting that can accommodation up to 48 persons.

This complex has a variety of recreational facilities to accommodate tradeshows and sporting events.
