Sound planning is an important part of academic success. It is essential for you to know what is required academically in progressing towards both degrees in your program. Understanding the requirements of your program, as well as early and continued contact with an Academic Advisor, will assist you in working towards your academic and teaching goals.

For your convenience we have an online system for booking academic advising appointments. Please follow the instructions to book an appointment. Bring writing materials so you can record important information. If you have one or two questions that need a short answer you can also reach advisors by email at conced@brocku.ca.

SKYPE advising is now available upon request with advisors Lindsay Hayhurst and Jamie-Lee Wheeler. Simply proceed with booking an appointment online and send Lindsay (lindsay.hayhurst@brocku.ca) or Jamie-Lee (jamie.wheeler@brocku.ca) an email indicating that you would like to have your appointment via Skype.

Please note that appointment times are only posted TWO WEEKS AHEAD.

WALK-IN ADVISING hours are held every Thursday from 1:30PM -3:30PM for 5-10 minute consultations with an Academic Advisor.

Questions about placements in courses CHYS 2P15, EDUC 8P15, EDUC 8P50, ESCI 3P91, and MATH 3P91 should be directed to Ethna Bernat.
