INSTRUCTIONS

1. Employer rankings are due on Tuesday October 9th, 2012

2. A separate ranking form must be submitted for each position that a firm is looking to fill.

3. A firm must be prepared to employ any student that has successfully been matched to the firm’s
ranking selections.

4. To increase your probability of a match, the co-op office strongly recommends ranking your first choice student followed by all other students
ranked as a #2 choice. To rank students in order of preference instead, place the number of their ranking beside the student names. ie.

Andrea Forester (1)
Tom Smith (2)
Bob Jones (3)
Jane Thompson (4)
