CCOVI Facilities & Virtual Tour

Inniskillin Hall officially opened in June of 1999 thanks to public and private investments. The research facilities include a state of the art biotechnology lab, sensory evaluation facilities, viticulture lab, a research and teaching winery and 43,000 bottle wine cellar, including the collection of the Canadian Wine Library.

As part of its outreach mandate, CCOVI is pleased to facilitate and coordinate events for the community in our facilities here at Brock University. Whether it's a meeting, lecture or tasting from 16 to 160 - we can offer you professional facilities and service at a modest cost.

Contact Barb Tatarnic at ccovi@brocku.ca for more information or call 905-688-5550-1-4652.
