Oenology and Viticulture Program
Studying Oenology and Viticulture (OEVI) at Brock University means you are part of a professional and friendly community. Professors, senior lab demonstrator, academic and admission advisers are accessible and available to answer your questions and help you in your learning experience.
Small class sizes maximize the interactions with the instructors and among students. Most courses have lab components where students acquire hands-on experience, which is also applied and developed during the 3 co-op terms.
In 2005, students have launched the Society of Good Cheer to expand their personnel development in wine tasting. Alumni and OEVI students gather monthly for structured tastings.
