Academic Programs: Honours Bachelor of Science: The Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute, through the Department of Biological Sciences, offers an undergraduate program that leads to an Honours BSc in Oenology and Viticulture. This undergraduate degree program is the only one of its kind in Canada and combines a comprehensive scientific education with courses in marketing and tourism plus Grape and Wine Industry experience through Co-op work terms. Certificate: A Certificate Program in Grape and Wine Technology is available to students with either the appropriate academic background or industry experience. The program requires the completion of a course of studies focusing on Oenology and Viticulture. All courses are transferable to the BSc program. Graduate Studies: Graduate Studies programs focusing on topics in Oenology and Viticulture are available through the Department of Biological Sciences and the Center for Biotechnology.
