Interview rooms are available for a nominal fee. Interview rooms are available free of charge to employers who have purchased a Recruitment Package through Career Services. Interview space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and priority is given to employers recruiting new graduates. Career Services will make every effort to meet your request.
To Schedule an Interview Room
Interview Scheduling is available for recruiters interviewing on campus. After a short list of candidates has been selected, contact our Employer Development Coordinator by e-mail, and they will contact the candidates and schedule interview times.
Typical Interview Schedule
30-minute interview schedules - begin at 8:30 and end at 4:45 with lunch from 11:45-1:00 and a 15-minute break at 10:00 and 3:00. There are 13 appointment times available in this schedule type.
45-minute interview schedules - begin at 8:30 and end at 5:00 with lunch from 11:45-1:00 and a 15-minute break at 10:00 and 3:15. There are 9 appointment times available in this schedule type.
60-minute interview schedules - begin at 8:30 and end at 4:30 with lunch from 12:30-1:30. There are 7 appointment times available in this schedule type.

Employers who have booked an on-campus interview room but have arranged their own schedules, must provide a copy of the interview schedule(s) to the Employer Development Coordinator
at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled interview.
A cancellation policy is in effect. We require 48 hours notice to cancel a room booking. Cancellations without sufficient notice will be considered “no shows” and our interview facilitates will no longer be available to reserve for the rest of the academic year.
