BIOGRAPHY
Anne Cameron was born in Nanaimo, BC in 1938. She was raised in Vancouver, and her early writing was influenced by the stories of the nearby Chinese and Native communities. She writes fiction and plays as well as poetry. Much of her writing takes as its subject the stories of British Columbia’s people and history. Cameron has also written television and radio scripts.
