Rick Tollar, Special Constable

 My name is Rick Tollar and I currently hold the designation of Special Constable or Peace Officer under the authority of the Niagara Regional Police Services Board.

I graduated From Niagara College in 1996 and received my Law and Security Administration Diploma. After graduation, I worked as a Manager at the Skylon Tower. I was responsible for building operations, budget, payroll, scheduling and the direct supervision of the Guest Services Department. In May 2003, I was employed  and licenced by the AGCO as a Security Officer at Casino Niagara. After six months of service I was promoted to the rank of Investigator. As an Investigator, I was responsible for conducting all internal gaming investigations with surveillance and the Ontario Provincial Police.

In February 2005, I started my carreer at Brock University and received my Advanced Protective Services Certificate from Algonquin College.
