Both the Toronto (Pearson International Airport) and Buffalo (Buffalo International Airport) airports are served by Niagara Airbus, which provides a shuttle bus service. They will pick you up and take you directly to the residence main office at Brock or, if you are staying off campus, directly to your accommodation in St. Catharines. You should reserve your spot on the bus in advance. If you do not book a seat, you could wait several hours for the next available shuttle bus.
Getting Settled In
The International Services Office has prepared activities and events for Orientation Week to help integrate you into Brock and get you settled into your new school. Get to know your way around campus using the interactive campus map. The Business Student Survival Guide is another good resource that outlines what is expected of you as a Brock Business Student.
There are many academic resources available to you as well: the Library has silent study rooms, group study rooms, printing/photocopying stations, and computer labs, and specific resources for International Students. You can contact your academic advisor with any academic-related questions through the business portal by clicking on “Contact Academic Advising”.
The Fall semester orientation for all international students is arranged by the Office of International Services and will take place the week of September 3-7. During this week, you will have the opportunity to participate not only in the OIS events, but also in the events planned by the Brock University Students’ Union, and the Department of Residences. These events are social as well as informational, so you will learn about life in St. Catharines and how to be a successful student at
- Connect with your buddy from the Business Exchange Ambassador Team - they can show you around and answer some of your questions about Brock and St. Catharines!
- Join the Business Exchange Facebook group for news and updates
- Participate in the orientation activities planned by Brock's central International Office

The Winter semester orientation will take place on January 6 in the main International Office. Please register online for it. It will consist of information sharing, signing up for health insurance and many social activities that will be planned by the International Office as well as different student groups.
If you have not yet arrived to Brock at this time, you can sign up for UHIP at the main International Office when you arrive.
There is a mandatory business exchange orientation taking place on Friday January 11 at 5:00 in Taro 303. Pizza dinner will be provided! We will go over important information such as your courses, resources and services available to you as a business exchange student, etc. We have also invited the BEAT team - this team is made up of Brock students who have gone on exchange previously and they will be matched up to you as a buddy so that they can make sure that you get settled in at Brock and they can help show you around campus, etc.
