Power’s new book, The Sounds and Sights of Performance in Early Music (co-edited with Maureen Epp) received its official launch by Ashgate Publishing (U.K. and U.S.A.) at a special event held in conjunction with the 75th Annual Meeting of the American Musicological Society in Philadelphia, Nov. 13, 2009.
