Canada’s avant-garde set to storm Brock University next week

More than 85 national and international avant-gardists will descend upon Brock and St. Catharines next week for Avant Canada, a conference on the avant-garde in our country. The conference is the 28th instalment of the Two Days of Canada conference at Brock University - the oldest Canadian studies conference of its kind in the country.

The Centre for Canadian Studies at Brock has launched a new public lecture series. All talks - expect for the Ken Dryden talk on Nov. 7 - take place Wednesdays from 2 to 3 p.m. at 573 Glenridge Ave. in room 201. Lectures are free, open to the public and include a post-talk question and answer period.
