Not sure where to throw that old newspaper or that laser printer cartridge?

Custodial Services in Brock’s Facilities Management department has the answer for you.

They recently released their Waste Diversion Resources Quick Reference Guide. It summarizes the resources that are in place and available to all on campus to further divert waste from landfill sites. It is available at brocku.ca/webfm_send/15710

Hazardous waste cannot be placed in the regular waste stream so the Hazardous Waste Management System was developed. For information on the hazardous waste removal procedure, see brocku.ca/mathematics-science/departments-and-centres/sciencestores/waste-disposal

And remember the Three R’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
